Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application PlayStream M3U ("App") and the associated services ("we", "our"). By using the App, the user accepts these Terms. If the user does not accept, they are invited not to use the App.

1. Nature of the service

PlayStream M3U is a neutral video player for files in the standard M3U/M3U8 format. The App does not provide, distribute, host or promote any multimedia content. The user is solely responsible for the content they choose to load and play through the App.

The App does not require the creation of a user account. All data (playlists, preferences, EPG history) is stored exclusively on the user's device.

3. In-App purchases and subscriptions

The App offers additional content through In-App purchases ("PlayStream PRO"):

3.1 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple ID settings (on iOS) or your Google account (on Android). The renewal charge is applied within the 24 hours before the period expiration.

3.2 Free trial period

The 7-day free trial is available only for the Monthly plan and only on first purchase. If the user does not cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period, the monthly charge will start automatically.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds for In-App purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) according to their respective policies. To request a refund the user must contact the store manager from which the purchase was made directly. PlayStream M3U does not handle refunds directly.

3.4 Restore purchases

The user can restore purchases made on another device using the same Apple ID/Google account, through the "Restore purchases" button located in the App Settings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding:

5. Changes to the App

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features of the App at any time, including for technical, legal or distribution store policy reasons (App Store, Play Store).

6. Intellectual property

The App software, the "PlayStream M3U" trademark, the logo and the website playstream-m3u.eu are the exclusive property of the project owner. Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Trademarks and names of third-party services mentioned in the App or on the website (e.g. Apple, Google) belong to their respective owners.

7. Termination

The user may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from the device. The developer may suspend access to optional services (e.g. future web services related to the site playstream-m3u.eu) in case of breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page with the new update date. Continued use of the App after the change implies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these Terms, the Court of residence of the project owner has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
