Restore Smart TV license
If your TV has lost access to channels after a factory reset, a firmware update, or reinstalling the app, use this page to re-issue the security token and get back online.
What you need
- The email used at the time of purchase (Lemon Squeezy sent you the receipt).
- The TV code shown on the home screen or in Settings (e.g.
AB12-CD34).
What happens next
When the restore succeeds, restart the app on the TV (close and reopen). Within a few seconds the app will automatically generate a new security token and you'll be watching channels again.
Important
The license is tied to the hardware of the TV it was purchased on. If you changed TV, the restore will not work — the license is not automatically transferable. Contact support for assistance.
